Fraud At Holland & Barrett

They may sell good products from time to time, when capsules are not leaking or broken or brown specks on tablets but the underlying trend of fraud is shocking.
They send you emails promising discounts ie Black Friday, after you have made purchase and then do not honor it.
I phoned them and they said if you return order and place a new one so inconvenience you to put you off discount.
Then supervisor promises said discount before wasting a whole hour only to hike price up so it is more than you paid previously, and then refuse to apply discount, or promise it then go back on it, if you complain, they apologise therefore accepting responsibility but then proclaim they can't find a way to put discount through!
Government should have a public inquiry into these fraudsters, they would be found wanting.
