Maybrook Preservation Ltd in Harwich

We contacted Stuart and his team nearly two years ago due to us having damp on one of our front facing walls. They came out, gave us a quote which we was happy with and then got straight to work, which was fine, until less than a year later, when the paint was peeling off the wall again as the damp wasn't properly treated. We contacted Stuart again, seeing as we was given a 10 year guarantee, he came out to check the wall again and said he will sort the problem out. We have been trying to get him back to finish the job for over a year now. He keeps making lame excuses, or just doesn't show up, ignores all forms of communication, me and my partner have even take. Time off work as he says he will be round to sort the job out. We've even told him we could find our own plasterer as his kept letting him down! He has done a poor job and has left us with a half down house which we can not sell!
