Obnoxious rude man!!! I visited this shop on christmas eve 2014 looking for a Fred Perry polo for my son, they dont stock Fred Perry so bought a Pretty Green polo for £45, asked if my son didnt like it could I return, his reply was "of course you can", tried to return today 27th and he refused stating they dont refund they only exchange now I know for definite I would never have purchased it if I had been told this because it was Fred Perry he wanted!!!! Avoid at all costs since this has happened, everyone I have told has had a similar story to tell about this shop!

I go to this shop often they are very helpful, I have had to return goods before, I have had no issues with any off the staff. They have good quality products would recommend friends + family to this store.
