Ace Boxing is back, Wednesday Nights at Hazel Grove Methodist Church Wesley Street SK7 4JQ, 6.45pm - 8pm. We are on the top floor
The training is mainly boxing based for fitness, but we also may introduce kickboxing and self defence from time to time.
There is NO SPARRING so, you will get fit without getting hit. You will learn footwork drills, correct hand positioning, boxing combinations, coordination drills, pad work and circuit training etc. If you have done boxing in the past, it won't be long before we get the cobwebs cleared away. The class at the moment is for age16 to 60 plus. For the older generation who maybe fancy having a go, this class is for you. This was the exactly the reason I decided to start the club back up a month or so ago. I am 63, over weight and needed to get fit again so I can enjoy my grandchildren.
