This firm told untruths about delivery times and about the stock availability of the item we ordered. We were told delivery time was 3 to 5 days. Two days later we were told the delivery time was now 12 weeks, they then told us the next day the line was discontinued. Worst of all they were able to take our payment in 1 day but told us refunds were processed in 2 to 3 days! When we received nothing we reminded them, only to be told refunds take 14 days.
