Regal Care Shower Trays Ltd in Scarisbrick, Ormskirk

Exceeded our expectations in every way. We had struggled to find a show room with a broad display of accessible bathroom fittings. We have elderly family who needed a safe, useable shower room creating from their old 70s bathroom. As soon as we arrived at Regal Care' s showroom in Scarisbrick (near Southport/Ormskirk) we were impressed by the wide display of at least 6 installations that would be suited for our relatives. Darren who greeted us was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable but not in the least 'pushy'... He was able to arrange an appointment to assess our needs, even though the bathroom is in the Lake District (finding a company like this in the Lakes is impossible). Carl Porter came bang on time to assess the bathroom and came up with a design. He was incredibly professional, could see exactly what was needed and how best to achieve this.
Come the day of fitting Anthony arrived, again bang on time. Massive care was taken to produce no mess and all rubbish was removed from the site. The fitting went exactly to plan. Our relatives were amazed at the care and lack of disruption. The end result is fantastic, our relatives can shower in safety, with assistance as required.
We highly recommend this superb company who exceeded our expectations in every way.
