Appalling Service, Abrupt and happy to charge customers for call outs that were under warranty, I got charged £70.00 for a call out for something that should not have been free and then advised that I was to be charged £120 for a call out to fit parts for a Gazco Fire, then they accused my wife of being abrupt and unhelpful when in fact it was Anderson Gas that turned up early. They need a course in customer service as their manner leave a lot to be desired, anybody using Anderson Gas of Hamilton be warned. Oh our Fire has been out of commission since December 2013, as of 27th Feb thanks to Anderson Gas we are still waiting with Anderson Gas passing the job to someone else, I have never received such bad service from any company.
