Easy Paint Accident Repair Centre Ltd in West Hanningfield, Chelmsford

I would not recommend this company at all. A price of £178.20 had been given to my husband for repairing, respraying and fitting a spoiler, including fitting and sealing it onto my car. I found this a bit steep but acceptable. Easypaint refused to confirm this price over the phone with me when I called to make an appointment but said the price given to my husband would stand. When I arrived today I was concerned when it seemed like they wanted to cut some corners – no longer planning on repairing the broken fibre glass of the spoiler, no longer drilling and screwing the spoiler onto the car but just sticking the broken spoiler on! Again I tried to confirm the price and was told that it could not be done but whatever he told my husband. When I said it was a hundred and something I was told “Oh no it will be at least 200, probably 250!”. When I said that’s way too much for a spoiler I was told basically take it or leave it, we’ve got plenty of customers! What a horrible attitude! And to do all this after I had tried to confirm the price over the phone and wasted my time driving over there! Two hours of my evening they wasted, plus my husband’s time when he went there before. Would not trust this guy!
