Cousins Material House in Romford
Whilst they have a good stock, the customer service in my experiences have been woeful. Their returns policy takes nil responsibility and on one occasion it took me 3 months to get a faulty tool replaced. It was a constant battle. The telephone customer service with returns exhibits a shocking disrespect for the customer and they will never call you back.
I would always advise looking at different suppliers, especially if you are looking to spend a lot of money on a tool, it may be faulty and you may lose money.
I have been using Cousins Material House for over 15 years now. Mostly I'm happy with the service, however, don't try to send back a faulty item, they wont accept responsibility and wont offer to replace it. A shocking display and lack of any business ethics whatsoever. The odd 1000 pounds per month I (used) to spend with them will be going elsewhere. You can't even get hold of anyone, I was just told to use the web site which sends you in circles, eventually telling you the won't do anything about it! Waste of space.
