I started off having windows manufactured for my home and they were exceptional when they were delivered. I was delighted with them. The service I received was exceptional, and I must admit it is a while since I have seen the workmanship as it used to be from years ago on my windows.

I was chatting to the driver who delivered my windows and after asking "what do you manufacture?" he informed me about doors and stairs conservatories/sun lounges and the list went on. I did mention to him my stairs were a little creaky like myself now at 69 years and I asked "could the staircase chap come and see me?".

That chap was promt in arriving and so knowledgeable, and gave me advice which I accepted and within 4 days my new stairs were delivered and they were the same quality and workmanship as my windows.

I am now an extremely happy customer not only with the service, the quality of the goods, but also the costings of this big job I had done to my home of 70 years which needed renewed.
