The Sewing Room in Minehead

Sewing room on Blenheim Road - Appalling service, took my dress in to be altered in plenty of time for a wedding. Once the dress had been done she had altered it wrong and it did not fit, therefore went back to be re- altered. 6 months on, many phone calls the dress has still not been altered!! Surely if an error has been made it should be a priority to fix it?! Customer service obviously missed here! I was given the excuse she is a nurse and therefore very busy, I would suggest not taking on more work unless you can actually complete it! Would not reccomend this to anyone! Very disappointing
