WOW!!! After escalating a simple problem of water tap broken, no heating in the flat since we moved in for 1 week and half the carpet soaking wet from the dirty water coming out from the broken boiler and God knows how it stinks, raises the issues with 4 different managers, they couldn't resolve it!!! Can you believe that on Foxtons!
Guess what All this issues is happening right now in Xmas! Merry Xmas Foxtons managers, I hope you spend a nice time when your tenants are suffering in your accommodations! Disgracefully your Tenant.

I'd dealt with Foxtons in the past and this time it was not different: top notch service, polite and competent staff. Excellent! Thoroughly recommended.

I registered with Foxton in Crystal Palace viewings were on hold pending EOC certificate. I was recommended via Foxton of a company who could provide the EPC promptly for me. The property was removed from the market without my knowledge as it took over a month for the recommended company to produce the required certificate, Eventually the property went back on the market but as the property is tenanted they were advised to work with the tenant. However viewings were arranged but also cancelled and they failed to notify my tenant of cancellations. My way I was advised to get s spare key to allow more flexible viewings. This went all pear shape as my tenant went to seek further advice as I had requested a set of keys to allow easy access as advised. A letter was sent to me via Housing Options regarding the tenants concerns for the key. Since In receipt of letter I have not been contacted of viewings. DP in streatham has a very professional approach and would commend that his colleagues should follow suit.
