I was reduced to tears by the total lack of empathy and care from Mrs Reynolds over a lost precious framed photograph of my late father and then I was accused of lying because I said the photograph was not in the envelope they had sent me containing the invoice for work carried out by this company. I had asked them to keep the framed photograph for me to collect when I came to pay for my father's memorial as I didn't want it going astray n the post.
