Whilst working on my car they managed to permanently disconnect my immobiliser which has left my vehicle without that facility. They were incapable of resolving the matter to make right their error and showed little concern for this error. Their promise to manually fix the locks as a result of the error resulted in the security of the boot being totally unreliable leaving access to would-be thieves and unfortunately, as a result, some speculative thief gained access to the contents of the boot and has stolen tools and spare petrol held there.
