The car we booked failed to arrive at the appointed time - when we rang to enquire where they were, we were informed that the car had been involved in an accident and would not be coming. They did not bother to telephone us to let us know, and as a result we were left to ring round local taxi firms, with less than 30 minutes to get to the ceremony. Professional courtesy clearly lacking on this occasion.
