Totally unprofessional!!! was unfortunate enough to have contact with her while using a solicitor, just family law. Four months after settling with solicitor i received a letter from her requesting money which 'according to her records' was outstanding! no explanation at all as to what the charges were for! upon my querying this i received further details of the charges 12 months later! along with 7 days to settle or interest would be charged! i had always settled my invoices promptly but had never received invoices for monies she said was outstanding. Totally unprofessional!!! she deserves no stars but unfortunately i could not give a review without a star.
