Magnetic Jewellers in Wolverhampton

Phoned this company after just viewing the web page as I wanted to match a magnetic Bracelet I had lost.
So I phoned to ask about one listed agreed to purchase with the owner and gave full details on the phone expecting delivery the next day.
After nearly a week I phoned and was told they would check my order and call me.
I had no call so the next day called again with Matt one of I guess staff saying his boss had taken the order and it had not been sent and I would have to pay more than the price shown after complaining on phone with no return call as his boss was not available and emailing with no reply.
Very poor please refrain from using is my message take your business else where.
