Have tried to ring this store to see if the item I wanted was in stock. The phone was answered after 25 mins but no one spoke and the phone put down. I tried again and it was answered this time so I asked what was going on.

The tone of the assistant was disgusting as she told me she had been answering calls for over 2 hours. I told her I did not like the tone of her voice and refused to deal with her. You will have a lot of customers leaving with an attitude like that.
