Phil Williams Plumbing Ltd in Lechfaen, Brecon

Employed Mr. Williams to fit a replacement bathroom. He did not complete the work and left us with no hot water in the bathroom after having been paid. Will not answer any communication. Won`t return to complete the work. Should be a `0` star rating. Unreliable, as he took 4 weeks to do the work up to leaving us, doing half days here and there. Not recommended to use.
