Natterjack Running in Liverpool

Terrible customer service, easily the worst company I've ever dealt with. Shop wouldn't refund a pair a faulty running shoes I had purchased. Had to proceed with a claim against them in the small claims court and won a judgment to have the money plus costs refunded, they told numerous lies and made wild accusations against me, even phoning the police claiming I'd threatened him. Stay well clear, a very suspect company
