DHL Express in Nantgarw, Cardiff

Rubbish have had deliveries from this firm twice. Each time they leave no card to say delivery has been attempted and the once they just left the parcel with any neighbour with the wrong name on the card so the neighbour didn't even know who the parcel was for. Waiting for delivery again today after no card left beginning of week and this is a Mother's Day present!!!

Of all the couriers I have tried, DHL is by far the best and most relieble. Plus there staff is usually friendly, which means something to me.
