Supercuts Holding Ltd in Cardiff

After waiting more than an hour in this freezing cold salon, the stylist cut my hair extremely short after I specifically told her not to cut more than 1 inch off, she then did not ask me how I wanted it blowdried and proceeded to style it in a completely different style to what I went in with. Worst haircut I have ever had looks, like somebody has taken chunks out of my hair and it is so short I can't even brush it properly.
