Robert Holder & Co in Crumlin, Newport

Arranged a viewing and they didn't turn up. Called the office to be greeted by a very rude and unprofessional employee. Went over to the office and they were unhelpful and offered no explanation. Emailed the proprietor Mr Thomson who then called and was exceptionally patronizing and rude and insisted he was there waiting when clearly he wasn't. I wouldn't use this organization for properties or financial advice - after all you don't want financial products, services or properties from someone who is dishonest!
