Unprofessional. They are not interested in looking after tenants and never get back to you when you call. They do not even have an out of hours/emergency number, which says it all!

I would never recommend anyone to ever let a property from them, neither would I let my property be 'managed' by them. I had such a bad experience renting from them, I even wrote a letter of complaint to the landlord. Nothing was ever fixed when it was reported to them. Very poor communication between the staff at the business. Never ever will I rent a property from them again.
