Rajas, I know you're not Morrison's or Asda but a bit of customer interest goes a long way. I know your bags are free, but they're not the strongest. Your assistant last night packed my son's bag so full the handles snapped before he got to the end of the street. And when he went back to say what happened he was ignored, then told not to bring that back in here. Not very nice at all.
