Amanda literally saved my life and I can't thank her enough. I was at rock bottom and having had therapy on a number of occasions previously was very reluctant to try any more - I'd literally given up! My life was hopeless.....I felt helpless and out of control - I just wanted it all to end and had planned to do so!!! A colleague of mine was a previous client of Amanda's and highly recommended I see her - in fact she made me promise to see her!!! It was the best thing I have ever done - my life is so different now! Rather than just sit there and nod her head, Amanda seemed to understand me so well, it's like she could read my mind or something - she was so kind and empathic and knew just what to say and do to help me see those things I had been blind to for so long. She was very intuitive and looked at the whole of me and my life patterns of behaviours and relationships - I can really see now how my life had become so destructive and miserable. With the insights I learnt and the support Amanda gave, I was able to, with Amanda's guidance and encouragement, make some small and pretty major changes to my life. I am now in such a different place, I am free of anxiety and depression, I now look after and care for myself, to the degree that my world has now grown - I have friends I let support me now, I have a new career, and as a result of 'risking' trusting a man - now have a wonderful husband and an amazing little baby girl!!! I can honestly say I love my life - most of which I owe to the lovely Amanda!
