Core Physio in Hamilton

Was having trouble recovering from surgery on my knee. Went to see Core Physio and after some hands on treatment they suggested rehab on their anti gravity treadmill. Went a total of 6 times and feel so much more confident getting back into sport. Would highly recommend John and Matt.
