Hermes in Westhoughton, Bolton

Wish I could leave no stars... company full of cowboys. They have lost a few of my parcels in last 12 months... it costed me over £110 in lost stuff. Trying to claim money back is a scam! They give out service number on there website... when you call the number tells you go back on the website. So you can not claim any costs back.

Been waiting for my parcel for weeks now and very difficult to get hold of customer service.

A bunch of bumbling lazy, unreliable. Can't even get the address right, had to check two other blocks for parcel, which had been delivered 3 times in 20 minutes according to tracking references. Was supposed to have been left with a neighbour ha! What a joke it just dumped beneath the residents post boxes in the wrong block. Which could have been taken by anybody. Had the lazy driver bothered his arse to knock at the correct address he would have that there was someone at home. Star rating? I wouldn't give you turd rating!

I can hear music from Bolton branch all night. Sound like they are having a fucking good rave. Im tempted drop a Mitsubishi diddly and go join them. Got work though so best not. Keep it down a bit lads, im watching this program about this girl who get stuck in the washing machine and step bro comes to help her. Hess the best big brother I could ask for. If ya know ya know. Stack them boxes na rob quick as f**k. Sithiii

Waiting for my parcel 10 days every time when I track it's saying it's delayed for 24hours but not further update nearly 13 days place the order and dont know where is my parcel really disappointed with this.

Stayed in 12 hours today waiting for a collection that didn't happen and no access to an email address to complain. Will NEVER use this company again.

Shocking service. Hermes stated that the parcel was delivered and signed for by myself when they hadn't even been nowhere near my house. When I contacted them they didn't help at all and said I'd need to ask the retailer where my parcel was. Parcel is still missing and nobody has even attempted to solve the matter. Hence why I'm jumping in my car today and personally driving down to the Bolton ranch to find out where my parcel is!

Yesterday I found a parcel left on my doorstep addressed to a person who does not live here, a name I do not know, and as I moved into the house from new in 1988, they have never lived here! According to the tracking details on the internet it was left securely in an outbuilding, but it was really left on the doorstep for all to see. I may just put it in the dustbin, as it says the parcel contains live plants. I would have given it no stars, but I have had to give it one star to enable publication of my review!

Terrible service, I asked so many time to leave my parcel in a safe place in Manchester. But they tried to delivery to my address three times which I haven't ask and then they sent back my parcel to USA. What a bad service!! Worst service in UK.

Terrible company. They try to deliver 3 times or else they send your package back....however on the slip they leave you they SHOULD have the driver's name & contact number. This wasn't written on. They didn't even write on approx time for redelivery!!
I have tried contact, on two separate occasions, for two different packages - for the deliverer to leave it at my local shop (which they advise they can do on their website)....however due to the drivers being 'self-employed', they cannot contact them!!! What utter failure of a company! All the swearwords in the world couldn't describe their ineptitude & stupidity, but it would be an insult to swear words. I hope you become bankrupt & stop trading!

That star is for 1 employee only who has been honest and helpful. Service is terrible, still waiting for a parcel that I was told would be delivered 6 days ago. Apparently if driver runs out of time just takes your parcel back to depot, this has been happening to me. Promised delivery today now 3:15 still not here. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
