Biffa Waste Services Ltd in Westmill, Ware

We have been waiting for 5 days for a skip exchange and made phone calls galore to be told on three different occasions that our skip would be exchanged. Once letting us down I can understand but three times tells me that our company is obviously too small for this enormous organisation to be bothered about. We will be cancelling our account immediately.
