Mk City Cab in Monkston, Milton Keynes

I booked a taxi the night before to take me from MK to Northampton. On the night the taxi didn't show up. When we called we were told the taxi had broken down and they offered us no alternative. They told us to try other companies. It was midnight on a Saturday night and there were no other taxis so we were stranded there. This is really not what you would expect when you've booked in advance. We ended up sitting in the cold for hours waiting for a taxi from elsewhere. I would never ever trust this company again!
