Unbelievably bad.
Wow, I am by all means impressed. I have lived in china and Jordan both have a very bad reputation for cabs, but this circuit cars had exiled at what it does! Bad service it is!
Short story: very bad & rude service, do not recommend.
Details: A usual day, ordering a cab from circuit cars. I have ordered before from circuit cars and as the normal they always come 10-15 minutes late so what I do is ordering 10-20 minutes earlier.
Today I had an appointment, I booked early. after a while, So surprisingly the cab is 30 mins late... I called to check if there is something wrong the answer was "Hold on dear he will be here now in any second." I waited for another 15 minutes till he arrive. (seconds)
That's not all for that part, he was parking 1 minute (by foot) away from my home. (despite giving him my home number and exact location) Luckily, I was standing outside so I managed to see him parking there. (thought he was not my cab at the start as well).
When I entered the cab I greeted him and asked him if "something bad or wrong happened?" because it took him a bit of time to arrive. (accident perhaps?)
He responded in a very rude manner and a high pitch voice "What do you think I was doing nothing?? I was driving to you not doing someone's else order"
I said okay and avoided the conversation since he did not seem friendly at all... (Do not forget the fact I was late for my appointment and I should be the one who is pissed off).
Now here is the part that irritated me. 3 minutes away before reaching my destination he told me "Why don't you hop off here and continue walking? "Are you kidding me?? Did I order a cab to walk? I thought and then I replied, "No please drop me off a little bit straight, near my destination". It seemed he did not like the fact that I declined his very "genuine" offer... "Alright" he said in an uncomfortable voice.
Now last BUT not least:
My total receipt is 5.5 pounds (I always ask when ordering by phone) He said my total is "6 pounds". (I won't mind to give him a tip if he gave a positive treatment) so I told him "I believe it is 5.5, I already asked when I ordered" But he insisted
that it was 6.
I am already late, bad treatment and now trying to take money you do not deserve?
Afterwards I said nothing, silence is all I could do, I need to arrive to my appointment to apologize for being late. And that's it. My very first 1 star review goes to this very bad company.
