Glamorgan Motors in Penarth

I have been taking my cars to Bob at Glamorgan Motors for years. Last week, I had some work done on my latest car to then be told that my car required some welding done but they did not have welding facilities. So, I took my car to get 4 separate quote to repair the car. All said no way, it will cost much more than the car is worth... not impressed. Spoke to Bob today and was basically told that it wasn't their fault and he couldn't end the conversation quicker. I am writing this to warn other users of Bob's wrong doings and the fact that he lied to me, knowing fully well that I know the workings of a garage... beware - not good customer service.
