The Grapes Hotel in St. Michaels, Preston

If I could give this pub zero stars I would !!! Steak priced at £18.95, just awful, requested medium cooked, arrived swimming in blood all over the plate, returned it again, obviously flipped it over in the pan. Tasteless, grisly, fatty, we were told we probably got the end piece of a joint! Was that our fault!!! The woman apologised, holding out our bill for £41.90, even had the cheek to say “we’ve not had any other complaints about steaks “ that’s what I call customer service, NOT! Anyway to end our story, the chef sat and watched us feeding our dog with the steak he had cooked, having his cigarette outside. Never again!!!
