I am personally friends with the Wilcox family and I do believe that they are a lovely family that puts all their love into their food and I adore the chicken pies, if you ever get to see the Wilcox dogs, they are called Rosie and Monty then please give them a cuddle as they are pretty cool. Just had some coffee sponge, it looked soooo gorgeous, and the sponge itself was light and fluffy looking, on tasteing, was a bit disappointed as it was quite tasteless, however the texture was really lovely, couldn't taste the coffee at all, a bit more coffee flavour and the cake would be perfect.

Just had a pasty from this bakery. Utterly gorgeous! Best i have had in years. Million times better than cornish ones. I shall be getting more and filling my freezer! Don't change them. Most have too many onions and fatty meat. These are superb!
