Boots UK in Greenstead Estate, Colchester

Great selection of products, fast and efficient, all my prescriptions are correct and staff are friendly. I recommend Boots, really good service.

The service was appalling, the woman behind the counter was not very friendly at all. When I got there she said they were closed for lunch, but I'd checked the opening times beforehand, online, and they should have been opened.

Then she said I would have to come back, and I came back the next day and they still didn't have my prescription. It took me four visits to get one thing.

Very poor, didn't put in repeat prescription for very important heart tablets. Had to sort it out myself, was several days without them. As a result of this my heart has slowed down, my blood pressure has dropped, my ankles and feet have swollen right up and am very ill breathless. I am not in a good way at all.
