Cleaning Needs in Codicote, Hitchin

This guy made a firm appt to clean our Amtico floors, we moved all our heavy furniture & he did not show up. After 30 minute we called him & he was rude saying at best he would be two hours late (he didn't think to tell us that), after more than two hours he called and he gave a very weak excuse about his van not being able to go into the low emission zone near us. When my wife told him that we also had a schedule to work to (school run etc.) he raised his voice to cut her short, told her to "go & use someone else" and then hung up leaving us frustrated & very unhappy.

This guy was unprofessional, aggressive & unreliable. I would not want him in the house, especially if my wife had to deal with him alone.

Steer well clear!
