Glass Blocks Direct in Chichester

I recently bought from Glass Block Direct. When the blocks arrived both my wife and I felt that the colour did not match the description. We contacted the Company to return them. At first they replied saying that they did not accept returns on certain items, then they reviewed their response confirming that they would have refunded only half of the value of the goods. My consumers rights have been neglected and I do not recommend buying from Glass Blocks Direct. I am going to report this to Trading Standards.
