Dust Til Dawn in Colchester

I have used this company for two years now to clean my office twice a week, I have always been happy with there work. I have recommend them to many other company who now also use them.

I used this company for an end of tenancy clean just before Christmas and sadly I was very disappointed with the service. My house was left in an unfinished state of cleanliness, and it was very upsetting. Mirrors left untouched, kitchen floor untouched, surfaces wiped with what seemed like butter but probably dirty cloths, all of which I have photographs of. Carpets not vacuumed. I am still waiting for an explanation and a refund (they were extremely expensive). I would definitely not recommend this company and will not use again. Very unprofessional.

Only superficial cleaning (i.e. only the tops of taps, not scrubbing sticky marks off kitchen floor), failed to show up without any notice on more than one occasion, damaged my walls carrying the vacuum upstairs twice - first time two 9" marks, second time more than 8 separate marks causing me to have to redecorate. On firing them for this there wasn't even an apology offered.
