Bavleen in Southall

I went in to the shop to browse, I didn’t really need anything. However I liked a maxi dress I seen in the sale, so thought I’d try it on. I’m a size 38 in Asian clothes as was the dress, however I do like my dresses to be a bit looser as I wear an abaya. The woman who works in the shop is much bigger than myself in size yet she was so rude and said to me let me measure you first before you try it on!!! Absolutely rude an no manners whatsoever, she could clearly see there was no issues with me trying it on. Her customer service was bad. As I was leaving the store the male manger/owner approached me and he was much more accommodating and grounded. He kindly reduced the price for me and I ended up buying it in the end for future occasion, if and when needed!
