Spoiled Rotten Pets in Cobham

BE WARNED, THIS IS NOT THE AGENCY IT ONCE WAS. This used to be a brilliant agency ~ no longer so. They have lost the main contact, a guy named John, who knew everything about the clients, animals and carers. I think its the owner of the company who is now in control, with 'control' being the operative word. Not that anyone could definitively say what's gone on because its all secret! She's got rid of both carers and clients without explanation or proper reason She's a total nightmare & control freak to deal with & told me (a former client) that they have lost lots of carers ~ no surprise there! Basically, you either do things her way or not at all. She won't broker any questions or deviations from what she considers the only way to do things. Its such a shame because, as I said, it used to be a brilliant facility. I only wish John would set up his own agency as I know clients and carers alike would flock to his doors! I would hate any dog owners to go through the experience we have!
