Comfy Quilts Ltd in Middleton, Manchester

I bought 4 chicken feather pillows last year around august/ september, by early this year the feathers started to come throuh the cases, these caused me health problems by infecting my skin and my blood system. I bought 4 duck feather pillows again of the silentnight name and made under licence by comfy-quilt, not long after I had got the duck feather pillows in what it said on the labels "feather proof" covers the very pointed and sharp feathers started to escape and cause me more health problems. I sent one pillow back to mr Graham Kyte for testing at a cost of £9.00. It was found to be defective, can i get my money back? No! I can have more crap pillows but when i want my money back no one wants to answer me. My belief is that the duck feather pillows have chicken feathers in them and that is dishonest, and false trade description in my book, and next week when I get the chance I'm off to the local trading standards office. To sum up do not buy anything from comfy quilts ltd, you know it makes sense. From Mr David Moran I have to give 1 star reluctantly to publish this warning!!!
