Earls Hall Veterinary Group in Shoeburyness, Southend-on-Sea

I have been a client at Earls Hall, both the hospital and the Shoeburyness branch for a number of years and have always received outstanding care. My most recent visit was yesterday when I said goodbye to my beloved dog Beanz. We were both treated with outstanding kindness and compassion.

Avoid Sophie Cotgrove as she will charge you different prices every visit with continuous lies; from different medicine prices to how many days supply. She tried to force unnecessary procedures, onto my cat (we were only there for a microchip which she was well aware of) and upon refusing the extra procedures, she was extremely rude and condescending to me and my partner. When I saw Mark Freeman (another vet) in the same building he said my cat was in good health and honestly was so kind and compassionate. He was also willing and able to write me out a prescription for my other cat who needs a certain medication. Sophie on the other hand refused point blank stating more lies!! When my cat had a blood test done by Sophie the price was colossal. When Mark performed the EXACT same blood test the price was less than half the amount Sophie charged, £120 cheaper to be precise! I don't know why she is being like this, but she clearly needs investigating!
