Flavours of India in Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed

Very disappointed poor phone staff as cannot take order correctly, half my order was missing , manager was rude to me, now have to wait another hour plus another £2 delivery with 2 hungry kids .

Lovely friendly staff and great service every time, food is outstanding with an added bonus of being allowed to take your own alcohol, which really reflects on the bill, wouldn't go anywhere else for my takeaways either, delivery time is always about an hr but I'm willing to wait as its do nice.

Poor service, food arrived cold and much later than promised, unable to reheat due to contents, only received partial refund after visiting the shop as manager failed to call as promised! Also note poor hygiene rating 1 during recent inspection as just discovered.
