Really disappointed with this company. Phoned at 9.15 looking for a taxi for 2 customers in the restaurant that I work in for 10ish. Was asked for all details of trip and then when I revealed the full description of their required journey just to be told that they forgot that they were fully booked and instead given a number of another taxi. When I rang the next company, a lady picked up, confused as to why her number was recommended. Safe to say that giving a random individuals home number is not acceptable, and my company will not be using this service again.
