Exchanged a pair of boots, manager was antagonistic, rude, did not know her job. Refused to let me follow any form of complaint procedures, refused to give me owners details, if I owned this shop I would be embarrassed and Emma 'the manager' would definitely be looking for another job! Extremely poor customer service. Only gets 1 star because Chantelle who originally sold the boots to me was a delight.
