Alba Glass and Glazing Co. Ltd in Wallyford, Musselburgh

To give you an idea of how little the manager of this company cares about his customers, here's an excerpt from the email I sent, advising that the job was not done to my satisfaction:

Me: "The top sash was replaced as discussed but I could feel an immense draught blowing in at both sides of the new window."
Alba Glazing Manager: "Thicker draught-pile brushes inserted to eliminate draught."

I can assure you that the draught is not 'eliminated' and the window is letting in air both sides. Alba's manager had no interest at all in verifying what I was saying, nor did he express any interest in rectifying the issue.

When I said I was unhappy to pay the full amount, I was told my account would be passed to Alba's legal team, so I have had no choice but to pay. I am just appalled that a company can treat its customers this way.
