Woodlines Ltd in Grantham

I today went to collect some skirting board, the profile had to be machined, i left them with a sample of this. I had paid for the job the day before but on collection the profile was not as the sample, the man who served me said this was explained to me the day before, but it was not, otherwise i would not have paid for it to be done in the first place!
They refused to refund me and i am left with 2 lengths of useless skirting board, i will never shop at woodlines again and will not recommend them as a reliable supplier to anyone, in fact i would advise other buyers to avoid them and go elsewhere.
