Mercia Garden Products Ltd in Sutton-on-trent, Newark

Shed smaller than ordered, roof damaged, fixing kit with missing parts. Replacement roof three weeks later was the wrong one, re ordered and Mercia sent out the same wrong roof. Two months later we still haven't got a complete shed.

Customer service standard is appalling. No contact from anyone during this time unless I've called.
