Harris Vehicle Solutions Ltd in Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead

Despite advising I needed a reliable safe car for my three children, Harris Vehicle Solutions took my money in exchange for a vehicle only suitable for scrap. When I complained and asked for a refund, they refused. Instead they took the car back promising to repair everything.

They kept the car almost three weeks without providing a replacement only to return the vehicle in the same condition. They didn't even have the decency to hand deliver the car keys, getting a neighbour to let them into the building before they threw keys through my letterbox... avoid!
