It was the worst service which I've evere had. Never reccomend it. The staff is completely unfriendly, rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Especially want to say about Jenene and Jessica. I'm not sure but I want to believe may be they have more professional staff. For example Jenene lied to me about a service for the property which I wanted to rent. But when I signed the contract she told me that the service which she promissed she couldn't organize and of course she'd known about that only next day after the contract was signed. They have very bad communication - no answers on emails, phone calls in 3 days! I think in an estate agency business the most important thing is reputation, so for me Langford and Russel has the worst reputation ever. Really recommend to avoid them.
